Shipping policy

We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. International shipping is unavailable. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, DPO diplomatic addresses, US territories or protectorates.

All orders take 1–3 business days to process after payment confirmation. Weekends and US federal holidays are excluded from business days. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to show activity.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight and delivery speed. There is no permanent free shipping threshold for one-time orders. Subscription orders follow separate shipping terms.

Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons, extreme weather or carrier backlogs, and Poppi shall not be liable for compensation due to transit delays. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, Poppi cannot offer replacements or refunds; please contact the carrier directly for investigation.
