Refund policy
Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged, incorrect, missing or defective items caused during shipping. Opened beverages without quality issues are not eligible for free returns. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery; requests beyond the 30-day window will be denied.
Return Shipping Cost
- If the issue is our fault (damaged, wrong items, missing goods): We cover return shipping fees.
- If you wish to return items due to personal preference or mis-order: You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned package. The exact arrival time depends on your bank’s processing schedule.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before processing starts. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, cancellation is unavailable, and you may only apply for returns after receiving the package.
Order Cancellation for System Errors
If there are technical errors on product pricing or stock information on our site, Poppi reserves the right to cancel your confirmed order and issue a full refund without extra compensation.
Damaged Drinks
Please take clear photos of damaged or leaking products within 24 hours after delivery and contact our customer service team. You may choose a replacement shipment or full refund once your claim is verified.
Subscription Orders
Refunds for recurring subscription orders are only available for defective products. No partial refunds will be offered if you simply wish to stop receiving shipments; you may pause your subscription to cancel future charges.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of your package without valid quality issues, round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
